What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations Made More Than 14 Days Prior to Arrival
Guests who cancel more than 14 days before their scheduled arrival will receive a full refund of all payments made, or may opt for a full credit toward a future stay in lieu of a refund.
Cancellations Made 14 Days or Less Prior to Arrival
All payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled arrival date.
No Refunds for Early Departures, Late Check-ins, or No-Shows
No refunds or credits will be issued for early departures, late check-ins, or no-shows, regardless of the reason. Guests who depart earlier than their scheduled checkout date will forfeit all remaining nights.
Discomforts of Nature
Refunds or credits will not be provided for cancellations or early departures due to weather, insects, or other natural occurrences beyond the control of Pine Cove RV Park.
Credit Redemption
All issued credits must be used within the calendar year from the original cancellation date. Credits are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Credits may be applied to any reservation at Pine Cove RV Park within that calendar year.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request being approved and will be issued via the original method of payment
What is required to secure an extended stay reservation in advance?
To reserve an extended stay, we typically require a completed reservation request. Our team may also ask for additional information about your RV and the length of stay.
What is your pet policy?
We are a pet-friendly park, and pets are part of the community here.
- All pets must be registered with the front office
- Pets must be leashed when outside
- Owners are responsible for the cleanup
- Excessive noise or aggressive behaviour is not permitted
What size RVs and rigs can the park accommodate?
Our campground is designed with big rigs in mind and can accommodate RVs up to 45 feet long.
